These terms govern access to and use of the Pondo mobile app and related public website.

Use of the app
Pondo is provided as a savings habit and progress-tracking tool. Users are responsible for how they use the app and for keeping their device, app installation, and platform account secure.
No financial institution relationship
Pondo is not a bank, lender, brokerage, or financial advisor. The app is intended to help users track their own savings activity and progress toward personal goals.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features may require a paid upgrade such as Pondo Plus. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google, depending on where the purchase was made.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or website.
- Do not use Pondo for unlawful purposes.
- Do not rely on Pondo as a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
Availability
The app and website may change over time. Features may be updated, improved, limited, or removed as the product evolves.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pondo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Pondo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on app content, interrupted availability, or platform-level billing issues.
